SFR – Short Sales and Foreclosure Certified
We just completed a certification for Short Sales and Foreclosures. Many homeowners are making trying to make the right decision. The question I receive is, “What do I do I’ve lost my job and we can’t make another payment?” or “Our ARM has moved our payments above what we can handle, should we sell?”
